Voilà. C’est parti d’une seule réflexion de mon ex. (Et d’un blender vide de mojito.) À cet instant, moi, Milan, 26 ans, père célibataire, j’ai pris la résolution de trouver la femme de ma vie. Et pour cela, je suis prêt à tester toutes les méthodes possibles de rencontres, avouables ou non. Le mariage de mon ex aura lieu dans 2 mois. Et je compte bien lui prouver que moi aussi, je peux trouver l’amour.
Je résume : j’ai 2 mois pour réussir ce challenge. 2 mois pour dénicher l’âme sœur, dont je rêve depuis toujours. Et un handicap de taille : mon romantisme à la con.

Merci smalad, t'es trop choute ! J'avais commencé à lire ce livre avec l'abonnement kindle, mais à mi-parcours à peine, je me le suis direct acheté car celui-ci il me le fallait absolument dans ma bibliothèque ! Ce livre est purement et simplement génial !! J'ai adoré l'humour et la plume de l'auteure, les personnages, l'histoire et l'ambiance générale. Il y a un peu de tout dans ce livre : un homme romantique (en voie de disparition !), de la sensualité et sexualité torrides, une famille de dingos mais vraiment formidable et géniale (grosse pensée pour les frères de Milan ), des enfants enfin normaux, de la bagarre, de la testostérone, des grognements, des mâles magnifiques et chauds lapins, de l'émotion, des pleurs, des rires (surtout les nôtres ! ), un fan de la première heure, un humour délicieux tout du long et surtout, surtout de l'amour ! Un amour absolument merveilleux car après tout, Milan et Seven, c'est la plus belle des évidences... Des références (assez nombreuses) aux personnages du livre MF de l'auteure, « Not a fuckin' romance », sont distillées ici et là tout du long, mais même si je n'ai pas lu le livre, (parce que ben, MF tout ça tout ça), je n'ai eu aucun mal à suivre. Avant de commencer cette lecture et pour bien comprendre le tout, il m'a juste fallut aller lire le résumé du livre en question et lire deux ou trois avis pour me faire un peu une idée de l'histoire et surtout connaître un peu les personnages mentionnés. Ainsi j'ai pu suivre sans problème les références les concernant dans ce magnifique livre qu'est « So romantic ». C'est vous dire, j'en étais venue à être contente "d'avoir" de leurs nouvelles à tous, alors que je ne les connaissais même pas vraiment !! En bref, pour moi, "So romantic", Milan, Seven et le tout, sont un vrai coup de cœur

T'avais raison aloe75 , une vrai bouffée de fraîcheur et j'ai bien rit à certains passages (je pense surtout à la chanson de bazooka dans la voiture au début !!! ) Une écriture un peu foldingue avec tous ses NB tout comme ses persos Donc ne vous laissez pas intimider par le 1er tier du livre .... j'ai eu peur de m'être ENCORE (ouè je décolère pas !! ) fait avoir et avoir acheté un MM qui n'en ai pas un MAIS Seven arrive et vlan il chamboule tout et le perso est vraiment attachant (et moi Gala je ne la sentait pas du tout donc.... ) Vraiment sympa (j'aimerai bien l'histoire de Jared et Hugo !!)

J'ai adoré aussi !! Mon mari moins, je l'ai fait sursauter avec mes éclats de rire. C'était une super lecture, je vais me prendre la version papier. Le seul très très léger bémol, c'est que quand même c'est fort tout ces tarés au mètre carré... Par moment tu te dis que c'est trop pour être réel. En revanche, les personnages imparfaits c'était super : j'ai bien eu envie de mettre une torgnole ou deux à Milan, et Seven est un beau salaud tout de même ! Spoiler: Si j'en crois les infos à la fin, on aura l'histoire de J&H...
